At St Joseph’s Home Infant & Childcare Centre, we respect the needs of each child and understand that each child is a gift from God.

Our vision is to provide holistic education that build character and confidence. Our belief is that the heart of education is the same as the heart of care. Person-centred, and cultivated with love and compassion.

The first of its kind in Jurong West, our infant and childcare service offers your child all the benefits of regular infant / childcare plus additional interaction time with Aunty Wong and Grandpa Fernandez.

Intergenerational Experience @ Jurong West

Nestled within a nursing home and hospice, at Jurong West, our children experience a unique and integrative inter-generational curriculum. Children learn about the world, language, numeracy, arts, nature through experiential play and with multi-generations.

This intergenerational experience at Jurong West extends to:
Infant Care (2-18 Months)
Pre-Nursery (18-30 Months)
Nursery (30 Months – 4 Years Old)
Kindergarten (5-6 Years Old)

What’s the Intergenerational Experience?
Take a look at the first run of Esplanade’s Sing Out Loud! Project held in an intergenerational setting within St Joseph’s Home. Our St Joseph’s Home Infant and Childcare Centre children and residents from St Joseph’s Home’s spent six weeks together from March to May 2023. Thereafter, they put on a private finale showcase at the Esplanade – Theatres by the Bay for invited guests.

Our Jurong West centre offers outdoor learning spaces that encourage daily exploration and discovery. Aside from expansive walkways and a big garden, we have our very own chicken coop and bird aviary.
