We may disclose your personal data to other staff of St Joseph’s Home where it is necessary to either address your query / feedback or to update you of our services, initiatives, programmes and any other events.

As we come under the Catholic Welfare Services which is our parent body, we may also disclose personal data to them to meet specific needs such as volunteer recruitment and fundraising.

For third parties, we may disclose your personal data to them insofar as it is necessary to address your query / feedback. But such disclosure will be limited strictly to agencies relevant to your query / feedback, for instance, banks, hospitals, government regulators and / or our auditors.

We do not disclose your personal data to other third parties otherwise unless you have given prior consent.

(v) Withdrawal of consent to and correction of your personal data

You may write to us at general@stjh.org.sg to withdraw your consent to the collection, use or disclosure of your personal data or to correct personal information.

To safeguard your personal data, we make reasonable security arrangements to prevent unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying and modification of the data. Such security arrangements include, but are not limited to, ensuring that staff workstations are secure and requiring employees to be bound by confidentiality obligations.

We do not retain your personal data if it is no longer needed for legal or business purposes.
